What we collect

• Account: your email address, used for sign-in links and, if you purchased the kit, access to it.
• Copy you submit to the free review tool: processed to produce your results and not stored; we keep only anonymous scan metadata (date, text length, overall result level, and which entries of our own risk-vocabulary list matched, with counts) for rate limiting, capacity planning, and improving the checker. If you check a live page by URL, we also keep that URL.
• Feedback you choose to send after a check: your answers, any comment, and your email address only if you include it.
• Waitlist and update emails: the email address you give us, with a record of where on the site you signed up.
• Analytics: self-hosted, cookieless page analytics (Umami). No third-party ad trackers, no tracking cookies.

What we don't do

We don't sell or share your data, don't build marketing profiles, and don't email you anything you didn't ask for.

Processors we use

Hosting (EU), email delivery (Resend), AI text analysis for the copy-review tool (the text you submit is sent to our AI provider to generate results and is subject to their API terms; it is not used to train models), and payments (our merchant of record processes billing details; we never see your card number — we receive only your email address to unlock your purchase).

Your rights

Email hello@audeza.com to access, export, or delete your data; deletion is completed within 14 days. For EU/EEA users this includes your GDPR rights; our lawful basis for processing is performance of contract (kit access, tool results) and legitimate interest (rate limiting, aggregate analytics).
